1.11.2020 – It’s all right there –yet to be seen…

Here’s a thing I am learning…

There is much yet to be discovered, surprises waiting to be “found”…

…Planted to be seen at just the right place within time.

Some of it sits just beneath our noses…

Some of it sits waiting for that person —you and me…to discover and see “that thing” in a way that perhaps no one else has seen in that way before.

The same thing is happening within each of us.

Surprises that have been planted within us. They’re there, but they may not have risen to the surface to be seen just yet.

God knows it all. He sees it all. He knows every little surprise He’s planted for us to find and discover. There is a purpose and a reason for each one. For each one discovered is leading us to His heart, His ways, His character.

All for a purpose, all for a specific moment in time.

How many are your works, Lord! In wisdom you made them all; the earth is full of your creatures. There is the sea, vast and spacious, teeming with creatures beyond number – living things both large and small.” – Psalm 104:24-25

I saw an article last night about a man who photographed hummingbirds, and he discovered that as their wings hit the sunlight in a certain way, the camera would capture these rainbow prisms that were hidden within the humming birds wings. Something the naked eye couldn’t see, and yet now it can be seen….

The article says,

” …the images reveal “a secret of nature that cannot be seen with our eyes.”

When I saw this, I immediately thought of how it’s just like God to reveal this little hidden, “unseen” aspect of His creativity in this kind of way…and in this time.

That He would take the time to make His creation so beautiful and wonderful, that He would take the time to patiently create a design that we could one day see, that we could one day be able to see a little piece of His heart, “hidden” –and yet right there to be discovered, right there to lead us into the awe and wonder of who He is.

It was right there all along.

How it must be everywhere, right there within things we’ve never seen or understood before, just waiting there for us to find, and discover, and to grasp…each one leading us into deeper revelation of His heart.

“But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds in the sky, and they will tell you; or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish in the sea inform you. Which of all these does not know that the hand of the LORD has done this? In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind.” – Job 12: is 7-10

For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.” – Romans 1:20

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.” -John 1:1-3

He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together.” – Colossians 1:15-17

God, You are mysteriously magnificent!✨All creation points to You, Jesus! You’re always leading us right back to You. 💝

And I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all that is in them, saying, “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever!” – Revelation 5:13
