11.13.2020 – Whose side are you fighting on?

Jesus said,

This is war, and there is no neutral ground. If you’re not on my side, you’re the enemy; if you’re not helping, you’re making things worse.”—Matthew 12:30 The Message

Anyone who isn’t with me opposes me, and anyone who isn’t working with me is actually working against me.”—Matthew 12:30 NLT

Make sure you know whose “side” you are fighting on.

Make sure you know whose “side” you are cheering on, rooting for, speaking into.

“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.“—John 10:10

Seek good, and not evil, that you may live; and so the Lord, the God of hosts, will be with you, as you have said.”—Amos 5:14

God’s side is always the winning side, always has been, always will be.

And He already has the VICTORY—He always has, and He always will.

For the LORD your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory.”—Deuteronomy 20:4

Don’t be a “needless casualty of war” by getting caught in the wrong battle, by fighting the wrong kind of fight, by being in the wrong place at the wrong time, or by blindly “fighting” on the wrong side.

Our God is faithful to guide us, but we must take heed, we must choose Him.

We must choose His way. We must stand firmly planted on His Word.

And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD…” —Joshua 24:15,19,20

Lord, open our eyes in a way that we will be aware of the truth, and let the knowing of the truth, deeply in our hearts, set us free, and guide us in the way we should go. Help us to always remember that You have the victory, that You always have, and that You always will—and may we be FILLED with peace and a sound mind as You teach us how to “fight” the “good fight” with You. 💖☀️

“Father, I align myself with YOU! I stand with You… and only because I stand with You… will I stand.”

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”—John 16:33

Thank You, Lord. ☀️
