I’ve been listening to Dr. Caroline Leaf speak for the last year or so, maybe more, and I finally read one of her books a couple of months ago.

Typically I don’t get into listening to messages during this part of the day, but somehow I came to this video this morning and I knew I had to share it because as I started watching it something jumped in me. Not only is this so relevant in my own life, but also so much in the world today.

This message is a long one, but I encourage you to watch. This message is brilliant and eye-opening, or should I say “brain-opening” (I know, cheesy, it’s early haha)
