I love watching out my window each morning, as the sun so gloriously awakens the land. ☀️?

Suddenly I begin to see all the colors, all the textures…dull and dreary darkness transforming into the hope of vitality.

The land is waking up! Color and character are returning as the light soaks in, revealing every crack and corner.

As I sit here, I just keep hearing this phrase,

“The land is waking up! The land is waking up!”

Lord, let it be so. Awaken our hearts with Your light and with Your love.

“Let me hear in the morning of your steadfast love, for in you I trust. Make me know the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul.” —Psalm 143:8

“Wake up, my heart! Wake up, O lyre and harp! I will wake the dawn with my song.” —Psalm 57:8

“That my soul may sing praise to You and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks to You forever.” —Psalm 30:12
