I love it when the Lord prompts me to take a journey back through my journals…

Because I know that He’s wanting to remind me of something, or show me something brand new that I had never seen or noticed before.

This morning, He did a little of both. ?✨☀️

How He works so beautifully with “timing”…

And in such a way that we can look back and see that His fingerprints were (and are) all over the situations we face.

Prayers that had been prayed… specific prayers on specific dates…. with specific answers that come exactly 1 year later…

Concerns and questions on my heart for the Lord…..

With answers that come a few days later…

Dreams that I had about “VICTORY!”…

And notes of real life victories that came in the days to follow….

Words that the Lord spoke to me through others….

Starting to all make sense in the pages to follow…

Pages and pages of words that I’ve written to the Lord…

Followed by notes of words He spoke to the very deepest places of my heart.

And every time I look back, He shows me something He was cooking up…

“This happened…. but God did this…”

And every time I look back, He encourages me with reminders of what He said to me…

And every time I look back, I remember…

That He’s still doing the same thing today.

That one day I’ll look back on the pages of today…

And I’ll see, again and again…

His faithfulness. ?

He’s always doing a new thing. ☀️

And I’m filled with awe and wonder… ✨
