2.4.2021 – Swept Up

I’ve been up since 5 AM, just processing some things…

Have you ever had moments where you’ve felt like you’ve been “swept up” and “swept away” by God?

Swept up” by Him…

Swept off” your feet…

And you realize you’ve been carried somewhere,

that your own two feet could not have taken you to.

Taken by surprise…

And suddenly you’re in this place of just being “broken open” before Him.

The dam breaks, and everything you were trying so hard to “hold together” suddenly comes “undone”…

And you’re in this place of being vulnerable…

…and yet completely safe.

“How did this happen? Lord, how have I suddenly found myself here, in this place?”

Oh Lord, how You work in us…how You allow us to encounter You…

How You reach us in the deepest places that we cannot see…

…But we know.

“The LORD your God in your midst, The Mighty One, will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing.”—Zephaniah 3:17

“God is within her; she will not be moved. God will help her when morning dawns.”—Psalm 46:5

Thank You, Father. ?
