“The unfolding of Your words gives light;
It gives understanding to the simple.”—Psalm 119:130

“But it is a spirit in man,
And the breath of the Almighty gives them understanding.”—Job 32:8

“Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may know the things freely given to us by God…”—1 Corinthians 2:12

“And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding,“—Colossians 1:9

As I put all of these verses together, it’s like I hear Him saying…

“There will be things I do

there will be things I allow

that you will not understand…

but seek Me, and ask Me

and I will help you to see…

I will “sharpen your eye”

so that you can see

and receive

an understanding

that can only be given by Me.“

Understanding.

In our own strength,

we cannot grasp and achieve it…

but we CAN ask and receive it 🙏

from seeking the One

who has ALL understanding. ☀️

And He makes it plain, He makes it simple.
