His Beloved Daughter

I will be a true Father to you,
and you will be my beloved sons and daughters,

says the Lord Yahweh Almighty.”—2 Corinthians 6:18 TPT

Look with wonder at the depth of the Father’s marvelous love that he has lavished on us! He has called us and made us his very own beloved children.”—1 John 3:1 TPT

“This resurrection life you received from God is not a timid, grave-tending life. It’s adventurously expectant, greeting God with a childlike “What’s next, Papa?” God’s Spirit touches our spirits and confirms who we really are. We know who he is, and we know who we are: Father and children. And we know we are going to get what’s coming to us—an unbelievable inheritance! We go through exactly what Christ goes through. If we go through the hard times with him, then we’re certainly going to go through the good times with him!”—Romans 8:15-17 The Message

Jesus said…

“…But whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”—John 4:14 ESV

I’m learning

that sometimes I can find myself

seeking, searching, reaching

for things—without even realizing it

that only my Heavenly Father

can truly provide…

that only He can infuse

into my life,

as He draws me toward Himself.

And there are times…

that He will allow us

to become

dissatisfied

disappointed

in our quest—in our search

…in what we “haven’t found”…

And He does it

to draw us to Himself,

…deeper and deeper into His heart.

He does it to lead us into what is true.

He does it

to fill us,

to nourish us

with what is real

something…that can only come from a Father-child relationship with Him.

And in this kind of “quest”…

we realize

that what we really need

…what we really desire

the only thing that can truly satisfy

is more and more of Him.

And so…

in these kinds of times…

In the midst of “lack”

in the “void”

in this midst of, “…something is missing”…

He draws us closer

He takes us deeper.

Because He is going to become…

more

real

more “tangible” in our lives…

“right here, and right now.”

And in this kind of journey…

we’re going to

know

Him

more

and we’re going to grasp

to learn

to experience

that His heart, His LOVE

is like “an eternal well” ⛲️💝

that we can draw from…

And His love

is more than

anything

we could ever need.

Our Heavenly Father. 💝

The One our Lord Jesus

is always “introducing” us to,

…the Heart

the Holy Spirit is always drawing and connecting us to.

And our Heavenly Father shows us…

that just as Jesus taught us when He lived here on the earth…

Our Father…”

He is

our” Father.

Thank You, Heavenly Father, for drawing me closer, for inviting me…

for leading me deeper into

..that I may draw from You

that I may learn more

of how

to be Your beloved daughter.
